Excellent product and service. We contacted 3 different flooring companies on the onset of the pandemic in the spring (we had flood damage) and only Eric responded with a "can do" attitude. His store was closed, but he asked us to meet him there so we can look at our options. He was friendly, extremely helpful and detailed. Eric with pacwest floors Inc. Hired us to remove wallpaper and paint a doctors office. The amount to paint was declared/paid, The amount to remove wallpaper was declared/paid. But there was an unknown factor of the condition of the drywall (to be painted) behind the wallpaper which was estimated to be charged time and materials due to the unknown. It turned out, the drywall was basic taped only and we spent over 100 man hours mudding, texturing, and priming; bringing the walls previously covered

Eric, the owner, was professional, friendly and easy to work with. I appreciated his help with narrowing the choices to what product would be best for what I needed, ie, stand up to heavy traffic in the entryway as well as being waterproof for the baths and kitchen. Plus I liked the products he offered. He also promptly provided all the documentation required by my HOA for approval of what I wanted done. We needed new resistant durable flooring in our large master bath. Pacwest quoted a very competitive price. Their installer came out on schedule, completed the work in a very professional manner and it looked beautiful. They did an excellent job and cleaned up everything, you couldn't even tell they had worked in our home. The floor has been there for over 3 years and still looks new. PacWest is a fantastic! We used them twice and were more than pleased both times. Eric, the owner, knows what customer service and satisfaction mean. The first time we used PacWest my wife's sister was coming to visit. My wife was totally embarrassed by the worn out, musty smelling carpet on our first floor. She gave me about 10 days to get it replaced. I called several high rated floor companies but only PacWest responded. We hired PacWest Floors to install bamboo flooring after comparing price and Angie's List reviews. Eric is quite friendly, however at the end of the day the balance between price and quality is what matters. Although I don't expect everything to be perfect, I am surprised at the exceptionally-poor quality of work performed. The finish job is terrible. Eric's installer left large, irregular, and loose gaps at the corners of trim (which I had to fix) and in transitional areas. Most of the stair treads PacWest installed seem to fit poorly, creak loudly and many move when stepped

We picked PacWest Floors to install wood flooring because it was on Angie's List and to avoid the national big box stores like Home Depot. The people were friendly, but what should have been a quick job took much longer. Communication with the store was also harder with most calls having to go through the salesman's cellphone. Phone tag was the name of the game. They sell products similar to other places, but what was disappointing was the finished job. There were several places where the fit and finish we're like what the average do-it-yourself homeowner would do. For example gaps

We purchased a home in July 2014 and our first undertaking was to install tile in the formal dining room and carpet in the library. The owner, Eric, spent a lot of time with us understanding the "look" we wanted and helped us choose the products accordingly. He has a great selection from which to choose, btw. We scheduled the installation about a month in advance.

I used this company when it was located in Mill Creek. They did match carpet pricing for identical carpet I found elsewhere. There installers were rude, not very experienced. They did not speak English and got quite angry when I pointed out places where they had scrated floors, walls and furniture. Denied doing it. Had to bring the owners wife in - she was not helpful - stood behind the installers and not the customer. I pointed out ripples in the carpet after it was installed - she said they would disappear after a couple of weeks. They never did. I tried contacting them several times to fix
