Don’t get a car from here they really bad business I have multiple family members who purchased vehicles from this place and they all told me it’s bad business I have a cousin who’s going through it right now with them she gave 4000 down and she only had the car for a week and the car stop working completely and they won’t give her the money back or give her A reasonable explanation on what’s going on with the car if you’re looking for bad business go ahead have a good time .

While browsing for cars at J&C the cars where filthy inside, reeked of cigarettes and not much of an inventory. We were not acknowledged at all and when we went inside the lady in the back was rude and yelled that we needed to only talk to the man on the lot. You represent the business as well. Thank you for making clear not to do business with you.

I have never spoke to such rude people in my life.I have been in Collier county since the early eighties and this business was once dependable in helping people get back on their feet with a car today has changed my mind.I think they need to be investigated for fraud.I will be calling an attorney.Their practices are not on the up and up his father would be ashamed.And after Naples Daily news backed you too.SHAME ON YOU people please do not support this business they need to be shut down

My mother just bought a car from this dealership about two weeks ago, the day before we got the car they said they will do a complete check on it. The car is idling rough it goes from fast to low, there is a burning smell you smell when driving it for more than 10 minutes, The glove department shell falls off when you pull the trigger on it. A light is also falling out in a matter what we do. And as of now it stalls when it stops. I suggest you go somewhere else.

Make the pick up payments further apart. It's too hard for struggling people to pay $800 down and then another almost $1000 within a months time. You might as well just say $1800 down. Pay attention to the 2 pickup payments when signing. I put $800 down and couldn't make the 1st pickup payment, the car got repo-ed and is now on my credit. I only had the car 2 whole weeks. Buyer Beware.
