Had a very poor experience with this roofing company and would not recommend them. Supervisor came to my house the evening before start of roof with an offensive tee shirt on; lied to me about condition of my roof; employs felons on jobsite; had insurance claim so there was a delay in final payment due to insurance and they literally called and texted me several times a day regarding payment yet they hold themselves out as insurance professionals. There was nothing professional about my experience and as I indicated previously, I would not recommend this company for your roofing needs.

I am going to include pictures so you know my review is legitimate. First off. These people are rated as one of the highest level roofing companies on a competing service. 1000s of reviews 5 stars. Here.. I intend to give you my experience with this company. That is why they were selected by me when I picked 3 companies to provide quotes. Anthony was the best. Him being a local Lakewood person and being in business for decades was also a plus. Communication with them was either Anthony or this mysterious woman "Judy" who coordinated everything behind the scenes. There is NO way Judy

This was one of the worst experiences I ever had! I'm late in posting this but it's because I had to think about what I wanted to express. Approximately June of 2019 I had gutters put on my home that I was rehabbing and American roofing came out to give me an estimate and it was approximately $1700. I paid for it but my gutters were were leaking from behind. I called the representative who came out, Anthony Vangelos who kept telling me it was my roof and THEY NOTICED the drip edge was short on the tin roof but instead of putting the tin there to extend it into the gutter he kept telling

If your going to use your a military business then you need to uphold military values. I went to american roofing because i believed they do a great job. I have had zero luck with getting a qoute from the owner now going on a week since he looked at my roof. If you are looking to get a roof replacement do not use American roofing because they do not return your phone calls nor get back to you in a timely manner. I have water leaking into my home and was willing to pay them for a full roof repair and still no answer. So they must be making fistful of money and can pick and choose their clients.

Very disappointed with this company the nails they used to fasten the shingles with were at least 1/4 inch too long they are sticking thru the ceiling of the porch. they broke at least 3 cedar shingles on the house . they trampled 2 tomato plants 4 pepper plants a few flowers planted in the yard they hit and broke the neighbors fence and an air conditioner in the window with their truck also destroyed a 12 year old rasberry bush a real lack of concern for peoples property and a real lack of profesionalism
