Second time not making an appointment first time fixing a leak in the kitchen. This time was to give an estimate on a basement bathroom. Stayed home all day waiting on them, called at 6 and he pass the blame on his workers. He owns the business and it is his responsibility not his employees to do estimate. Son had work done by About and it was quality work, just need to be concern about customer service.

We are so happy with Cody & T.J. from About Plumbing. They found the problem to our pipes leaking right away. Instead of walls having to be removed like we thought...it was a quick fix under our kitchen sink. They were courteous, informative & really knew their job well.
