This place has some of the worse customer service I've ever had to deal with. It's as if they are in the business of NOT making sales. Trying to get any information from their online chat feature or email is a disaster. They take days to respond to correspondence, don't follow up with what information you've sent them, and do not send you the available options. They say everything can be customized, say things are available and then 2 weeks later, oops, sorry it's not available in that style.

We have purchased several pieces from Kevin at Greathouse. Kevin has always helped us find just the right furniture to turn our backyard into an oasis! The furniture is high quality and will last years even in the direct sun and salt air that is coastal San Diego! I highly recommend Kevin and Greathouse for outdoor (and indoor) furniture.

I would not shop again and would not recommend anyone to shop at Greathouse. There is no customer service and they do not care about customer satisfaction, even after spending thousands of dollars. We bought custom sofa with Greathouse and within ~2 to 3 weeks we reached out to the store to let them know that back support cushions are sagging and if something can be done. There was zero motivation from rep and the store manager to help us out without spending additional money to fix the cushions. Overall very disappointed in the custermor service, product that was delivered, ends up way too expensive

It’s easy for a company to earn a 5 star review when everything goes right, but unfortunately that not always happens. When our furniture arrived and it wasn’t perfect Paul assured us he would make everything right, and that’s exactly what he did. Our set was picked up and a replacement set was delivered. The new set is perfect and exactly what we wanted. Thank you Paul.

I can't say enough good things about Greathouse! We have been customers for years and have purchased outdoor living furniture from them for 4 homes. Their customer service is above and beyond any other retailer we have shopped with. We have many pieces of outdoor furniture that have been purchased at different times over the last 6-8 years that have held up beautifully. Just recently, for the first time, one of those pieces had an issue. I called to asked about the warranty and it was outside of the covered time frame. Really loved working with Corie! She was wonderful, super patient and took all the time to show me all the options. Pricing and timeline for delivery were really competitive and you get just what you want instead of a settling on a color or design. I am pending delivery of my couches but they are ready two weeks earlier than expected which never happens. Can't wait to see them. Would recommend Greathouse and the incredible staff, especially Corie, to anyone!

We moved into our new home in Coronado in December of 2019. Sherri Gilmour our salesperson was terrific She helped me select all bedroom furniture, nightstands , and living room . The living room chairs were a challenge because the fabric had been discontinued.
She spent a great amount of time with me making sure everything was perfect..

My story started about a year ago when my wife and I purchased a sectional sofa from Greathouse. The general experience was positive and we left happy. However, that's not the story. The story begins after that when we started to have fabric issues with the sofa within the first six months of ownership. To be very clear, this was a manufacturing defect and had nothing to do with Greathouse. Unfortunately, the manufacturer would not take responsibility and was not willing to do the right thing and remedy the problem at their expense. We bought a couch and a chair from this company. Three years later the couch is piling bad and does not hold its shape so we've decided to replace it. The chair looks and feels like it's 30 years old.
These two pieces cost around $4,000.00 so not cheap.
I did give them one extra star because the buying experience was ok.

I won't ever go here again. The service in the store was great . . . until we paid.
We spent almost 4,000 on a couch and two chairs. They said 3-4 weeks. They showed up six weeks later. It was the only delivery date available they said. Ok, not a huge deal.
Delivery guy looks shocked as he takes stuff out of the packaging. The legs aren't attached. He says they are supposed to come fully assembled. Soon it becomes apparent why it wasn't.
When he puts the legs on, one of the legs of the couch doesn't touch the ground. One of the legs on the chair is at an angle different from

After spending several months looking for the perfect sofa we decide to buy a custom sofa through Greathouse. My initial ordering experience wasn't bad but I did get juggled around between people quote a bit which was disappointing. After receiving my custom sofa I can't express how disappointed I was. The quality is beyond poor and the structure itself is not sturdy. Oh and did I mention there NO warranty! Yep NO WARRANTY!
After complaining and expressing my disappointment to my sales associate all I got back was basically a "too bad-your stuck with it" attitude.

I'm updating my review after having our custom sectional for the past 8 or so months. Let me start by saying my initial experience with Greathouse was wonderful, however after having our sofa now for quite some time and seeing the quality of it I'm highly disappointed. This sofa will not last more then 3 years tops and I paid over $6,000 for this custom piece. Let me state this does NOT INCLUDE A WARRANTY!
The quality was not was as expected and the filling is a nightmare!! There are constant wrinkles in it, the stuffing goes astray constantly! I baby this sofa as much as possible
