Jason came to our house and did an excellent job. We had 3 different people look at our furnace, who all said it needed replaced. He came right in, checked everything from top to bottom. Very professional. He ordered the part, and came back and fixed it. They were better than the other 3. And the 1st one i called was the top rated on Google. They tried to immediately get me to replace. Called 3 times the 1st day changing prices and trying to get me to replace the furnace. If you need work done call Scioto Valley!

Jason (Portsmouth Trojan) and Jeremy (Portsmouth West Senator) did an outstanding job with both their immediate response to troubleshoot my HVAC problem, and their pricing and expertise in replacing the unit was top notch. The only concern I had was for Jeremy, why on earth would he be seen with a Portsmouth Trojan -- even worse, work for one!! :) Nah just joking. Jason is a cool dude, even though he is a Portsmouth Trojan.

Was VERY impressed with the promptness of getting a service call IMMEDIATELY the day I called. Steve the owner was very kind and professional, and explained things in detail to me, so I could try to explain some of it to my husband. Even though our system is very very old, and will probably need replaced, he got it repaired, and we have air conditioning again in this 90 degree heat. I recommend this company highly. Very pleased.
