The guys that came to move us were on time and helped us tremendously when it came to moving things into our new home as our painters were not finished so things could not be put where they should have. They worked with me to make sure things were in the best possible place so the painters could finish and we could then move the items ourselves to the correct rooms. They also took a great deal of care in packing our things as we did not have one thing that was broken. I will definitely use them again for their full service. So worth it!!

Overall I had a great experience with the movers that came. I initially asked for 4 movers and only 2 movers showed up. I called customer service and no one ever got back to me. In the meantime I was extremely impressed by the expertise and carefulness of the movers. With two movers, they were able to logistically move all 4 rooms with a 26ft moving truck from a busy Miami building in less than 4 hours. I was blown away that they finished the job and simultaneously was very careful with my belongings. They treated my stuff like it was their own. I highly recommend this company! Thank you!!!

We used Father & Son to move and store our furniture for 31/2 months while our house was being built. When we moved in, many pieces of furniture were damaged--scratched, broken or chipped. We only got 5 of 6 wardrobe boxes. We got someone else's, so I guess they got ours. I paid $250 for $25,000 of insurance. I notified the company by email and included pictures of the damage. When I didn't hear back, I called them and they said I had to file a claim. They should have told me that immediately. The claims process is a joke. It's designed to make the customer quit in frustration.. They want all documentation

I was recommended my contractor to use Father and Son Moving and Storage because I had a large expensive wall unit to move. I got an estimate and hired Father and Son Moving and Storage because the owner assured me they would be able to move the wall unit. When the movers arrived they told me they could not move the wall unit because it was too large. I insisted they had to move the unit, it was moving day! They took the wall unit apart and damaged it beyond repair. They ripped pieces apart without fully unscrewing and broke one of the doors in half. The $8000. wall unit went in the garbage after

Overall, they did a good job moving my furniture. However, my desk was dropped and broken and another piece of a hanging chair was missing. Called multiple times to remedy this situation (after all there is an insurance rider), and nobody returns my call. (2weeks) Very unprofessional. Customer service should be #1 priority and when you don't follow up on an issue it, destroys all other positive feedback.
