They were very respectful and careful. They checked with us on each and every part of the installation. They also spoke very, very highly of Paracca Flooring and working for them.

I scheduled an appt. for an estimate & was told the individual coming to my home would wear a mask if I requested it. He arrived & told me he did not have a mask. I offered him a mask & he refused to wear it. For that reason, we did not proceed with the appt. I called the office & was told they would "advise the higher-ups" & make sure they know about it. I was not offered another appt. or an apology, despite the fact that I rearranged my day to fit in this visit.
This seems like a very weird way to do business in these uncertain times.

Fantastic from start to finish. Everyone we worked with was exceptional and looked out for us during the entire experience. The sales team by getting us the most bang for our buck. Finance and Scheduling could not have went smoother. The installers were extremely courteous and efficient. We could not have asked for as better experience overall and would not go anywhere else for our carpet needs int he Pittsburgh area.

We cannot say enough about Paracca and the entire process. From Sherry who helped us pick out our flooring to Dan, Jeff and Jamie who installed our LVT and Doug and Tom who installed the carpet. Completely professional all the way through. Prompt arrival of the installers and they were polite and courteous. We were actually very pleased with the pricing as well. Are they the cheapest, no. But who wants "cheap" when it comes to flooring. You want fair pricing and excellent quality and installation. That is exactly what we got! We are super happy with Paracca!!!😍

What an unprofessional group of people they are. Walked in to their showroom and nearly fell over the samples they were laying all over the place. Needed a tile was a time sensitive job. They were able to order them. And told me that they would call me. Never got a call.... Guess they dont need new customers. I am a contractor and could of sent alot of business their way.
