I finally got a price a week later than what I was promised. Price was high for all our projects. compared to two other prices.
Over $1,600 to paint " part" of a basement wall. It would only need 2 gallons of paint and any prep work. No reason to charge that amount. That is just ridiculous. Another painter charged only $600 to do the wall.

My fiancé and I are closing on a house and need the exterior done before contracting the close. I left a detailed message and got a call back a couple hours later. The person was very nice and said they would go out and give me a call back with the assessment. I made sure to let him know this was a time sensitive situation and it seemed like that was understood. I followed up with a message and no still no response. We are currently in the coronavirus outbreak so I want to be understanding but a simple phone call would make things right.
