I had a clogged drain which was backing up nasty crap in my shower and tub. They provided me with a flat fee for cleaning out the drain system. The technician came out, asked a lot of questions and diagnosed the issue and got to work. He explained the issue to me in layman's terms and how to prevent these types of clogs. I called Five Star Plumbing this morning, after discovering that one of the hoses on our sprayer faucet had sprung a leak, and within 2 hours, they had responded to the service call, and replaced my old faucet with a new one. Honestly, Five Star wasn't the cheapest solution, but there is great value in dealing with a business who responds quickly, and takes care of the issue without a bunch of peripheral nonsense, and Five Star Plumbing fits the bill!!. Tony over at 5 Star Plumbing showed up within an hour of my phone call, diagnosed the issue within 2 minutes, and had a brand new replacement faucet installed in my kitchen shortly thereafter. The amazing thing about all this was that this entire transaction occurred without a bunch of empty promises that couldn't be kept, nor appointments that never came to fruition, or shoddy third rate parts being installed by technicians with questionable competence/expertise!!!

My first experience with 5 star plumbing was fantastic my second call was absolutely terrible. I called 5 star for my current leak issue because two years prior the technician, Adam, did an amazing job hearing leak, then finding it underneath how and repairing it efficiently and quickly.

I was blown away today when I placed a call for a plumber and had one at my house hours later. Not only did I have a plumber at the house but this young gunner looked like Tom Cruise. His name was Tony and he did an excellent job taking care of me and my dishwasher issue. He also told me about repairs that could be done if needed or I wanted to and gave me the option to decide when to replace the items. 5-STAR Plumbing was great! They worked on two toilets replacing flush mechanisms and set seals with base caulking on both. One was leaking and the other seal was breaking down and would be a problem soon! Abdul was so very polite and thoughtful of his work and got everything done very quickly and thoroughly. They have given me great peace of mind and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

I had a fairly complex plumbing project which required going through the kitchen, removing drywall and installing shower/bath hardware from behind the bathrooms. it was an all day project. After receiving a few different quotes I opted to go with 5 star since they provided very good service on two prior projects. The actual service was provided timely, respectfully and thoroughly. I had another plumbing issue and called on 5-Star Plumbing again! They were easy to engage on Yelp and could get the job done the next day which was important since the issue forced me to turn the water off at the water heater, so I had no hot water. They sent Tony to assess the situation and he replaced the dishwasher hot water linefeed Angle Stop Valve and handle, as it had corroded and its handle broke off. Tony replaced it quickly and got my hot water back on! Beautiful and painless! Wow! Thanks Tony and 5-Star Plumbing! So awesome to have this fixed and hot water back in my house!

The crew (including a super-expert plumber, Adam, and his helper) came exactly on time (10:00 Am) as was scheduled the day before to replace my very old (26 years) kitchen faucet with a new one. Technician arrived and had a snake that you could rent at Home Depot. I expected professional quality equipment. He ran the line under my house and couldn't reach the clog in my main sewer line. He gave up and charged me just under $200 for a service call.

This company is exceptional. Our water heater in our attic failed and we needed a quick response. 5 Star Plumbing sent out Victor for the inspection. Victor was extremely polite, listened to our concerns, and gave good, honest feedback. He quickly found the water heater tank had failed and would require replacement. He gave me two verbal estimates (one for a tank water heater, another for tankless) before leaving, which we appreciated.

Victor came out within one day of my request. I was quoted over the phones and the quote was the same at the end. Victor fixed my slow drain and secured a faucet that came loose. I know it wants huge job , however I enjoyed the customer experience and how fast and friendly they are.

Ron was the first to respond for a quote to clear my french pocket shower drain in the Master Bedroom of my mid century modern ranch in Land Park Hills.
