Washington Patriot Construction LLC (WA Patriot) is a veteran-owned, full-service general contractor established in 2009 and located in Gig Harbor, WA. Our dedicated team has a strong history of leading projects using integrated project delivery methods as well as the traditional design-bid-build approach.
We provide a wide range of construction services to a diverse client base in the industrial and commercial industries throughout the Puget Sound region. WA Patriot provides a wide range of preconstruction and construction services. Our strength is using negotiated contracting methods that involve integrated design and construction teams.
We prefer these methods over the traditional method because it allows us to provide more opportunities to our clients and their projects, offer services that are targeted to their needs, and develop relationships among all project entities. Services
WA Patriot is a veteran-owned general contracting firm established in 2009 and located in Gig Harbor, WA. WA Patriot was created with the vision of being "the next generation" of builders. Our guiding principles center around honoring the legacy and foundation on which we were built while continually seeking to improve how we Lead, Build, Serve and Live.
Carrie began her career in accounting in the early 1990's and has been with WA Patriot since 2013. She is primarily responsible for Accounts Receivable/Payable and Contract Administration but often assists in a variety of other accounting roles when necessary. With her unparalleled attention to detail and excellent time management skills, it comes as no surprise that her specialty lies in processing client billings accurately and swiftly.
We are devoted to our work and our communities, driven by a passion to lead, build, serve and live. We value relationships and build lasting, trusted connections by doing what we say we will do. We stand by our word. Positioning empathy at the forefront, we problem-solve with the clients' perspective in mind, focusing on collaboration and transparency.
WA Patriot believes everything we do - from the simplest of client interactions to delivery of complex negotiated projects - deserves a thoughtful, personal touch. In short, we are intentional with every service we offer and construction project we undertake. For us, our work is not just about deliverables.
WA Patriot values the relationships we have with our subcontractors and suppliers, knowing the success of our projects relies largely on the expertise, quality, and safety they bring. We encourage participation from all subcontractors, including small, minority, women-owned, veteran-owned, and disadvantaged businesses.

I'm sure they build wonderful storage facilities and all. If only they could do so without beep-beep-beeping all day long and especially without rumbling the grounds of the residents in nearby apartments. Noise-cancelling earphones help with the constant beeping but NOT the rumbling. And this has been going on every weekday (and some Saturdays) for nearly a YEAR. I just want it to stop. I can only hope that we don't have an earthquake between now and whenever this thing is finally finished (supposedly October); because I'd probably just assume that the ground was shaking on account of this company
