I do not know about the quality of the technician but the lady who answered the phone is very unprofessional and rude. I set up an appointment on Monday and they said it would be the end of the week before he could get out to see me. I noticed she was kind of rude then but blew it off as since this was not the technician and the company was recommended to me by my father in law who had the heat pumps installed on my current residence by this company. She called me back the day before my appointment and would not give me a estimated time they will come out or at least a window of time, and since
