I spoke a tech working in a neighbor's yard and called re having service in our yard. Office staff were quick to explain several options to us, answer any questions and have service scheduled quickly. Tech communicated with us to let us know he was on his way (at scheduled appt. time) and handled our service quickly and professionally. Very good tech and also answered a question I had. Very good company.

I was having an issue with gophers in my yard. I tried all of the at home remedies, with no luck. I reached out to Watts and they were able to come to my house within a few days. They worked to understand the issue, both in the phone and during their visit. My technician was great! He walked the property, and the perimeter. I hate to even say this out loud for fear of jinxing myself, but we are officially gopher free! Thank you Watts!!!

I just switched over from home team pest defense, and the customer service is already better. I had Marc jr as my rep and he was very polite and informative about the services he was going to provide. He got done in a decent time and gave me a full recap and what to look out for in the next couple days. Glad I made the switch.

2018-05-12: Watts came and did the gopher elimination and they haven't come back in three weeks. They took care of the problem in a single visit. So far, good- so I am updating the review from 4-to-5 stars.
FYI: When I called to make the appointment, nobody answered the phone. They did eventually call back though.

I'm quite surprised by the consistently positive reviews, as I have not had a good experience with Watts. We have bird activity around our garage (assuming a nest, but of course I still don't know), to the point that babies are ending up dead on the driveway. I called six days ago asking for an inspector to come out and provide a quote for removing the nest. Apparently, a Watts inspector came by on his scheduled day, but he never called to let me know he was here so we were not able to discuss the issue and options. I simply received an email that night with a quote of $950 for every

I've used Watts twice for weed control and it works. They not only kill the weeds that are present, but they also apply a product to take care of weeds that have not yet raised their ugly heads.
The employees are super nice and professional. I used a local service in Maricopa the first time, and although they did an OK job, they charged me a LOT more for the same service. I highly recommend Watts.

Watts is the best pest prevention company in town, hands down. Their customer service is incredible and their reliability and integrity are unmatched. You will love your experience with them whether it's with the office staff or any one of their awesome and friendly techs. I had a terrible experience with another company. I called Watts Pest Prevention because I saw that they had good reviews on Yelp. I actually hung up right after it rang because I thought I'd better look around some more before I commit to something again. They pulled my number from caller ID and reached out to me within 2 minutes. The representative apologized and said she was on the phone and couldn't get to my call in time. It was sweet that she tried to take the blame for the missed call even though it was me who hung up. Speaking with Watts was night and day compared to the other

I was very pleased. They are very informative, helpful, and customer service oriented. After having the scorpion spray, my issue went away just as they said. I was having scorpions all across my yard and some inside the house. After having Watts take care of my pest control needs, the scorpions have been nonexistent. Great work and very nice company!! The technician has been extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgable. I couldn't ask for anything more. Glad I choose Watts and highly recommended.

So far I am extremely impressed by how punctual and helpful Watts is! We just signed a lease on a new apartment and were SHOCKED by some roaches, especially since we never had ANY issue with our previous apartment.
We called Watts on a Sunday and they said they would come out on Monday, which is also Memorial Day, and gave us a 4-hour window to come out.
I don't know how the service holds up, but will edit or repost when we find out. We are just really impressed so far by the attentiveness and willingness to fix our (hopefully one-time-only) problem.
