I had to have a messy fruit tree removed. Timberline was Exceptional! They had awesome communication. Their front desk/first line of impression employees were very friendly and responded to any of my requests or questions almost immediately - and I had several. Their work was impeccable!! They even cleaned up so well you'd never know there was a tree, and all of it's fallen leaves, in my yard. Thank you TImberline!! I'd recommend this company in a heartbeat! I have used Timberline several times over the years and they've always been very professional and dependable, but this year they really impressed me. I had some trees sprout and grow until they finally needed to be dealt with and removed. Timberline came in August to cut down an Ash tree that had sprouted and grown to 20-25 feet tall and was leaning on my fence (which caused it to creak like a haunted house, but was also beginning to weaken that section of fence - long term uh-oh!). While they were already here, I asked Timberline to also trim/shape an shaggy viburnum in my front yard. That crew

I was very impressed with everyone at this company from owner to secretary to the crew. The owner and his crew showed up promptly to remove 3 pine trees and grind a stump.
I appreciated the appointment reminder text I received the day before with the names of who I should be expecting to be at house and what time.
Owner discussed everything with me to make sure what was planned to be done was what I was expecting. In 5 hours everything was done and cleaned up.
The crew was friendly and professional, no hesitation to accommodate me if I had questions or move cut wood elsewhere.

During the past several years this company has done tree removal work for me on five different occasions. I marvel at the professional service they provide. Safe, quick, efficient. Very professional down to thru the ranks. They schedule with exact dates and times and are always on time. They do the work as a finely trained team. They clean up quickly and completely. We had a 24 year old maple with structural issues. On the given date (+30 days for COVID...), 5 or 6 workers appeared promptly and had the work done in under 2 hours. Fast, professional, courteous, thorough, clean... I've paid less before, but I got less - I will recommend Timberline to others with no reservations. Thank you all!

Timberline has been maintaining my mature trees since 2006. I receive the same excellent service now as I received in the beginning. They give you an honest assessment of your trees and a thought out bid to correct the problems. They show up promptly and provide the service requested. When they leave they take all the mess with them. I could not be happier with their service!

Timberline Tree Service removed a very large weeping willow tree from my back yard. It was not an easy location and they did an excellent job! Nothing was damaged in the removal and they cleaned up everything. I highly recommend this company and will use them every time I need this service.

Timberline did a fantastic job. They showed up on time and promptly got to work. Two and half hours later, they were done. Between my yard and my neighbor's yard, they took down a half dozen substantial trees and removed the debris in that time. I am very happy with the work that they did and will hire them again in the future.

I have been using Timberline Tree Service for the past several years and I must say that I would always use their services for any tree and shrub work that needs to be done. Erich and his crew are very personable and down to earth and so easy to talk too. Quite a few times I would text or tell Erich by phone what work that I needed done and it was completed exactly the way I asked. I did not have to meet Erich on site and personally show him. There were instances when I needed work to be done and Erich suggested a cheaper alternative to the job I was doing, thus saving me money. I could go on and

So during the estimate, everything went really well. Pam the owner came out and visually inspected the tree to be pruned. ( I had conveyed to her I had some special needs regarding my neighbor and some limbs that were hanging over on his side needed to be addressed). Her price was a little bit higher than others but I felt she was sincere and professional. So I went with her company. So on the day of the move, Pam called and said that the crew would be a little bit late and wouldn't be there on time. I told her no problem

Owners Eric and Pam show up when their appointment says they will.
Their work crew shows up when their appointment says they will. The crew works really well together. They are an efficient team and they were friendly to us as we watched them work. The clean-up was superb, they honestly looked for even the small twigs.
Price was fair.

Called 5 different tree services to evaluate the condition of a large silver maple tree in my front yard. Pam, a certified arborist, came out and evaluated the tree. Like the others, she recommended removal due to the extensive rot within the tree. She gave me a quote for the cutting down of the tree, removal of all debris and stump grinding.
Eric called to schedule a time to get the work done. He and his crew arrived at 8:30 am like they said they would, they were very professional, courteous, hardworking and neat.

These folks did a great job taking down the tree in my front yard. I wanted them to leave a stump (fiancee wants to turn it into a flower bed) and they obliged. All I had to do was leave a ring of tape around the trunk where I wanted it cut down to and it was done.
They came on a Wednesday morning (around 9 or 10) and were done by noon, including cleanup. My house is now visible, the entire street looks brighter and cleaner, and I don't have to rake up pine needles every weekend to keep my lawn alive.
The only weird thing about these folks is that their address online and on their quote
