CY Tricounty Construction was fabulous. Curtis far exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Very attentive to detail on the setup of the floor to the finished grouting. Instead of just tiling over what looked like a questionable sub-floor, Curtis suggested we pull it to assure it was solid. It wasn’t. So the project scope grew some but he was fair and we now have a solid base for the tile that will last a good long time.
We will use CY Tricounty for any future project we encounter.

I contacted CY Tri County Construction after a referral from a friend, to come to our home and provide any estimate for a new front stoop and walkway. I was directed to Curtis. After a few Facebook messages on his business page which I was instructed to make contact through, I sent a text, which did not get a response initially. I received a text message after a second attempt informing me that he would reach out the following Friday to arrange a time for a Saturday estimate. At 8PM on Friday I still had not heard from Curtis and so I reached out asking if a Saturday estimate would still work.
