Shafer Heating & Cooling

On Dec 28th, Shaun and another gentleman came to my house and did a whole-home duct/vent cleaning. When Faxin came to my residence last month for my fall inspection/cleaning and showed me how filthy everything was, I knew I had to have them come back out to clean everything. This was the first time having the ductwork cleaned since the house was built in '06. Since having this done, I can already tell a big difference in airflow throughout the house. From all the gentlemen coming to my house throughout the years, to Brooke helping me set-up appointments over the phone......I couldn't ask for better

Today was the 1st time I ever used Shafer heating and AC. Iam very impressed. They were very nice. They even showed up early and was very thorough and explained everything to me about what was going on with my heat. The young man that fixed my heat name was Noah. He was very professional. From the very first phone contact the staff of Shafer Heating & Cooling have been courteous and professional. Sales rep Shawn Hickok went above and beyond to ensure that our gas line installation was accomplished under difficult circumstances. And when Cody and Tyler arrived to actually install the gas line the same professional atmosphere continued. They worked efficiently and completed the work much quicker than I expected. I know who my first call will be for any HVAC work I need! That is a nice feeling.

I contacted Shafer Heating & Cooling at 7:30 A.M. on September 20, 2021. My air-con had quit running. By 9:30 A.M my air-con was restored. This company is the epitome of professionalism and customer service. Noah, the service person, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and he showed me how to care for my system. This company would be tough to beat. I highly recommend them.

We had a ductless mini-split installed in our upstairs bedroom. Cody, Tyler and Austin arrived bright and early, ready to execute. Very professional, polite and courteous, answering all of my questions about the new system and my current whole home hvac. Quality of work was exceptional, installation was clean and tidy. The equipment looks fantastic and blends in with our home nicely.
Would definitely recommend and will be calling Shafer for all of my heating and air needs.

Over the years we have had all sorts of service people come to the house. As most people do. And I can honestly say without a doubt that Johnny and Robert were the most impressive team I have ever had in my home. They were WONDERFUL.

We hired Shafer to install a new geothermal unit in our house last year (2018). They were very professional throughout the process of selection of the unit, pricing, warranty and installation. They came promptly every day until the job was complete. They utilized protection to make sure our house wasn't damaged. Their employees were friendly and polite. We purchased their maintenance plan as well and they come out twice a year to check over our system. We also called them on a problem we were having with the air conditioning unit in another house. They came when scheduled and fixed

I would not recommend this company to anyone. They came to home to do a repair, first off very unprofessional. I asked for a breakdown of my 300.00 charges according to them heating and air doesn't work that way. I can't have a invoice with service call charges, parts, labor fees.Next I wanted to what my warranty is for the parts replaced...... There answer i don't know, I'll find out. Oh after you charge me 300.00 for a 20.00 part.....the warranty is 90 days. I honestly think asking for a breakdown was not asking to much for those kind of charges.
