Wanted to expand and cover my patio. First on-site estimate was 6-8k for patio and 8-10k for cover. My budget was 20k. They make you pay a retainer for them to proceed and draw up the plans and to provide you an accurate cost. If you back out of the deal you do not get your check back. They came out and did some measurements, cashed the check and then I never heard from them again for 2 months. I had to call them to get them to then draw up the plans and schedule a meeting to finalize the plans. The plans were way off from what I told them I wanted done.
