Was disappointed. When I spoke to Laura, I was very clear on the scope of work I was looking for. I even prepared a comprehensive deck to review what was needed. My first question I asked was that my work estimated to be around $10k to $15k, is that too small of work for your company? She was very passionate that it wasn't. So I went through my bathroom remodel needs, page by page from the deck I shared. I was told to give her a week to get an itemize estimate to me for my approval. Our bathroom re-fresh included new flooring, vanity, mirror, tile shower, new sink and shower fixtures and new glass shower walls and door and new lighting.
We enjoyed working closely with Norma and Chris, who were knowledgeable and skilled in design and project management. We especially liked the outstanding work of Ron and Melanie as our primary contractors.
The quality of work was excellent and the responsiveness during a time of product and staffing delays made it worth waiting for.
We would definitely use Devine Bath in the future.

We love our remodeled bathroom. From our first meeting with Stephanie, I felt she listened. She coordinated around a trip we planned and the bathroom was completed while we were away, which was wonderful. With the exception of a few punch list items, the bathroom was finished before the estimated time, which meant we saved a lot of money on having to stay at an Airbnb when we returned from our vacation (we have only one bathroom). This was huge since we were tired and just wanted to be home. The quality of the fixtures, the tile, counter, cabinets, etc. is all really good and it feels wonderful

Devine Bath needs to stand behind their work. They guarantee their workmanship-the thing they brag about the most when trying to get your business being of quality, for only 1 year. 1 YEAR! That is nothing if you really believe in your skill. We trusted them, even after they had to repair work done by a contractor who did substandard work. And now just four years later they won't stand behind their work and repair thousands of dollars of damage done to our entire bathroom by water leaking around a shower tray that was not installed correctly by them. Long story short the entire project took much longer then expected, which I can’t entirely blame on them because of COVID. They used the wrong color grout on our flooring then talked us into allowing them to paint/stain the grout the correct color. Then finally after all of it is done the shower door leaks, they’ve been out 3 times to fix it and to add to the problems now grout is falling out in between the tile pieces. I’ve spent almost 2 months trying to get someone to at least come and look and the problems . I’ve had one of there supervisors call in sick then no call no show. We are

LOVE LOVE LOVE this company! From the moment we met with Stephanie and Chris to talk about our potential bathroom remodel to the moment the work began with Noel, we were very happy. They were always responsive and open to our questions, comments, etc. We ended up doing two major bathroom Renos AND our entire kitchen along with all the ancillary stuff that needs to be done when you start digging through a 100year old home. 6 months after completion I am still very happy with the way my bathroom remodel went. Stephanie was great to work with and for me the ability to see a curated selection of materials while still feeling like I got to have an opinion and voice created a process for selecting materials that was easy and stress-free. Chris and the team that did the work were great. I was often home while work was being done and everyone was courteous and professional (and didn't blink an eye when constantly being observed by my curious children). Devine bath did a complete remodel of our bath. They came with very high recommendations and we are completely satisfied with the project from beginning to completion. The quality of work was exceptional. We were kept informed each step of the way and knew what to expect day by day. The workmen were extremely skilled and courteous. They were very tidy, prompt and reliable. The project was completed on time and the only budget overrun was due unexpected necessary plumbing repair of the water pipes leading upstairs that were slowly leaking and would have surely ruptured within a short period of time

We hired to Devine to remodel the master bathroom at my parents house. Their designer helped us develop a plan for the remodel that included functional/safety aspects like grab bars and a curbless shower. The contractors were professional and on-time. Devine Bath completed a bathroom remodel for our home, it turned out beautifully. I am hopeless at color and tile choices, their design team presented a palette of various colors for the floor, tiles, and walls, with samples of all. It made it much more simple to make our selection. They were very attentive to any questions or concerns that we had during the construction phase, the contractors were all very competent, punctual and neat(cleaned up each day before leaving). We are extremely pleased with our remodel.
