Fair & Square Construction has been serving the Routt County area in northwest Colorado since 1980. We have successfully completed hundreds of projects from starter homes to custom architectural homes - and everything in between. At Fair & Square Construction, we understand that it's not always possible for our customers to monitor the progress of their project in person. We keep customers informed by e-mailing weekly progress reports and photo slideshows. We can also send invoices and statements electronically during the monthly billing process if this suits your needs.

I had a great time relaxing in the pools at Strawberry Park Hot Springs. There are several different pools to choose from, and all of them are different temperatures. They have everything to scalding hot to freezing cold. The water is all natural no chemicals or filtration, just hot spring water and river water mixing together to create a wonderful experience. My skin feels super soft after soaking there and I am very relaxed. They are cash and check only, and there is no cell signal there so prepare yourself accordingly. The road up to the hot springs is dirt and can be steep so make sure your

The project is done after 9 months. I had a project putting in two window and some siding on the side of the house. I have to say their work is excellent, but the way it was done is not. Although there was a verbal misunderstanding between what needed to get done you need to stay on top of these guys or it will take 9 months to complete. I chose to let the company work at their pace (it is not my job to stay on top of a job). So I am here to report their pace is 9 months to complete a project. Again great work, but poor business ethics. Oh and they don't accept credit cards.
