Fox Tree & Landscape Services has a small staff of long-term, highly qualified people. Dane Fox is president of Fox Tree & Landscape Services. Dana was born and raised here in the Upper Valley. After graduating from Paul Smith's College in 1990 with an AAS in urban tree management, he retuned home to work in the family business.
Dana is an ISA Certified Arborist. He has been working in the family business for over 25 years. Arboriculture is the cultivation, management, and study of individual trees, shrubs, vines, and other perennial woody plants. It is both a practice and a science. Arboriculture encompasses knowledge of practical tree trimming and removal techniques and a thorough understanding of tree and plant biology.

Services
Our team of tree professionals can assess the health and structural integrity of your trees. We will do everything that we can to save your wonderful trees but if a tree or trees need to be removed we can handle the task by climbing and / or use our modern fleet of tree removal equipment. If you go through the trouble of having a tree removed, it often makes sense to also remove the stump.
We live and work in the Upper Valley and are located in Enfield, New Hampshire. We love the Upper Valley because of it look and feel. This special look is based on the wonderful trees and landscapes of the area - both on a macro level and on the level of individual homes and properties. It all blends together into a wonderful look.
Pruning alters the form and growth of a plant. Based on aesthetics and science, pruning can also be considered preventive maintenance. Many problems may be avoided with proper tree and shrub pruning during the formative years for a tree or shrub. We can prune out weak or narrow-angled tree branches that overhang homes, parking areas, and sidewalks - anyplace falling limbs could injure people or damage property.
After the removal of a tree or trees many people leave the stumps so that they are visible. Fox Tree and Landscape Services will cut the tree stump as close to the ground a possible but to complete the tree removal it is a good idea to also remove the stumps. Stumps are not attractive. The landscaping of your yard or property is important.
Tree cabling and bracing structural systems should only be installed based on a thorough inspection and evaluation of tree structure by one of our certified arborists. We are located in Enfield, New Hampshire so we are centrally located in the Upper Valley. The approach that we will take uses both materials and techniques which comply with published industry standards and best practice.

Jon Fox, Adam and the rest of the crew are careful, safe and skilled at cutting down trees of all sizes. The are smart, safe and have many years of experience in a challenging business. They are skillful and know how to manage any size project with their great equipment and range of skills to operate machines, chain saws, climb trees, cut them down safely, chip the smaller wood and haul away the logs. They also do a great job grinding stumps to just below the land surface.
