Matt and his Dad worked around some rainy weather to get our roof replaced in less time than originally planned. No shortcuts were taken, just hard work and long hours resulting in a superior roofing job. Matt takes great pride in both his workmanship and materials used, and that showed throughout all of the stages of having the roof replaced, our daily interactions and the final product. When we signed the contract this company gave us a start date that was two months away & still was able to start exactly on that day as planned, they were extremely efficient & did amazing at cleanup also. I would highly recommend them & look forward to working with them in the future.

We had water dripping onto the floor in the kitchen. I called Matt Smith at MS R&I Construction. Matt came over quickly and found that our skylight was leaking. Matt went the extra mile to stop the leaking by shoveling the snow off the roof. Soon we had a new skylight installed, our roof repaired, and the ceiling in the kitchen repaired and painted. Matt was prompt, professional, very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be calling him in the future for any projects we need help with.

Matt a 4th generation contractor was very professional and showed pride in his work with exceptional quality and great service. After getting the estimate, Matt was very informative and followed up with us before deciding to hire him. This made MS R&I Construction the best choice and separated him from other contractors who didn't follow up. I look forward to hiring Matt again in the future for other remodeling projects. Matt was awesome to work with. When we first requested a quote, he came out and took pictures of our home, he ran those through this advanced software and the software give us a report of all the dimensions and materials of the house, roofing, siding, windows and everything, it was really cool. He was very prompt to turn everything around and understood what we were looking for. He was very professional and give great advice on our project.
