Joel and I worked together for quite awhile on a major remodel. When it came time for the finishes, sheet rock, floors, baseboards... the work is sub par and looks a mess. He gets upset when you complain about the quality of the work and throws temper tantrums. He hadn't established a reliable crew so he had all type of people coming and going. They would come in and talk about the the poor quality and craftsmanship of the people that came before them. Would not hire again.
