I've been trying to reach Midtown Locksmith for the last 4 days to centering my deadbolt that was installed crooked in late August. I've been hung up on twice and no one has responded to my voice mails. I am severely disappointed that there are business owners in this amazing city that do not take pride in their workmanship or respond to customers in a timely manner. Not likely to recommend.

Had an appointment and they ghosted me. Called the technician, he said “he’s not coming” and hung up. Tried calling the office back with no answer. I’m guessing they’re mad because I made an appointment at 4, called at 4:15 to cancel because I found someone cheaper at which time they told me “that’s probably a scam.” So I followed their advice and re-made the appointment with Midtown 15 mins after. They agreed, the technician said he’s coming, I waited for an hour and nothing. Fine, I’ll figure it out, but that’s very childish. In capitalism, costumers are allowed to reasonably
