I had a Yellowjacket/wasp infestation issue on the outer wall of my house. Innovative Pest Management responded within 24 hours. The person who came to my house, Katherine was extremely professional and courteous. Even though I couldn't be present at home, she took instructions over phone and solved the problem. There was no coercion to buy their annual service plan or identify 17 other issues in my house like other big companies typically does. I will highly recommend this company and call them for my future needs.

Made an appt and the tech stated they would be out a few days later. While on the phone I asked if they needed to see under deck, they stated no unless they absolutely had to but usually not. When they came they were here for 10 mins only outside. The owner said he wanted to stop because of weeds. Interesting the weeds are under the deck and you couldnt get under if you wanted to, since it's too low.I went out and and saw there was no issue with seeing. Even took pictures. Never stepped foot in the house. My foundation is brick layer by the way and very visible. I dont have a issue with cutting
