Metro was formed in 1994 to act as a general contractor for the owner's investment properties. We perceived a demand for responsive, professional, and fair general contractors.

I own an old home that was just too small in places for a modern family. Metro construction was one of a few bidders for my project of removing a wall to make the kitchen bigger and adding a bedroom to my basement. They were not the lowest bid, but they were there most detailed. Getting a few bullet points from one contractor worried me about so the things they have forgotten, adding to the original cost.
