This was an amazing experience! Derek and Scott came out and it was great start to finish. First they arrived early and they answered all of the questions o had. Friendly and professional. We had 4 locks re-keyed and they were prompt with everything that needed to be done. It was obvious that they were knowledgeable and cared about doing a quality job. If you ever get locked out of your house, this is THE place to call. Derek and Scott were incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. The process was super fast and left no damage on my door. They truly made a stressful situation much much better. Also, the price was incredibly reasonable (I called around) and there were no extra/hidden fees. Truly superb service!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND 2/10 SERVICE... the only good thing is they arrive quick.
Had a shoot bolt door system replaced since door jammed up. They did a terrible job. The door handle is loose, the screw was burnt in and door wont shut properly. My flooring was damaged, the specially crafted door which is very expensive was worked on with a grinder to open and damaged extensively, the weather seals on the 2nd door was damaged due to improper handling of equipment. The manager does not provide safety equipment to the employees so it is a liability to the customer. The manager by the name of Gil is
