Www.victorpainting.com claims it is BBB accredited. I found out it's not true after I paid him in full $1600. See bbb.org/boston. Victor was hired to do 2 day painting starting 9/9/15. I inspected the job when Victor completed on 9/10. In the ceiling some areas were missing popcorn and the water stain was not covered. On the walls some stains are still visible. It looked like it only had 1 coat of paint instead of 2 as contracted. By then 1 of his employees already left with the ladder and popcorn material so Victor could not finish the job. He promised to come back the next day at 2pm to
