I will always call on David moving forward and refer anyone to him that ever has an issue with replacement key fobs or other sort of lockout, especially with luxury vehicles that dealerships tell you can’t be done outside of the dealership. Not to mention he is significantly more affordable than going through a dealership. I had him replace my BMW key fob for my 2014 5 series. He was incredibly friendly and personable and got the job done quickly.

After calling around and having another company, AKM, cancel on me David stepped in and helped me. He was very communicative from beginning to end. He kept me updated and was willing to answer all my questions and even gave me a quote over the phone in advance. He was punctual, professional and very courteous. OMG very professional, seriously my knight in shining armor. I locked myself out of my house, it was 10:30 on a Saturday and David came out to Fort Mill to let me in. He told me he would met me in 45 minutes and he was there in 30. Hopefully I don't need him anymore, but he will be my first call and I will refer him to everyone.

Called this company to replace all the locks in our office. The technician seemed rushed and took whatever parts he has in his truck (we found out after the fact that we were charged for industrial locks but that was not what was installed). The back door door handles literally fall off or jam now. To top it off, the front door lock was installed so poorly we could barely turn the key to open the door and he did not seem to care and assumed we would "break it in" to work better. Overall, it was a terrible experience with very inexperienced and apathetic workers. I am currently employing

Check your options first. This business did come to the house to change locks, and did a good job with installing and keying them. But the hardware options were very standard, the cost was extremely high (about twice what I've experienced before) and they did not give a receipt so I can't detail where the costs went. Best if you get a quote from at least 2 others first to be sure you know what you'll be paying for ahead of time. Maybe pick someone else.

Got locked out of my car .
In the middle of my all Christmas shopping madness , I found it my key is not on me .
After searching all over I went to my car and saw that the key in the passenger seat .
Called DY locksmith and he picked the lock .
Gave me my car keys and charged me a decent price !
The guy is very professional and was very nice too .
He made me a spare key just in case it will happens again lol .
I just need to make sure I don't put the spare in the car and then I'm good for the next time

My family and I rented a car and with the chaos of getting all of us organized and out the door for a family wedding I lost the key. The rental company wouldn't cover the key and told me to find a locksmith. Since we were in town for a family wedding we didn't have much time and needed to get a key asap.
