We ordered a card table through their gametablesonline[dot]com website. As expected, the product was backordered for months from the manufacturer. John was VERY responsive throughout the process, answering our questions on the timing for delivery.
The installation team also was fantastic! Our table arrived on the Friday before Halloween. The team made a special Saturday trip so that we could have the table ready for a party that night. The crew was on-time, very polite, and professional.

I have sadly had the worst experience with this company. I ordered a game table online last November. The table was perfect for my needs and exactly what I was looking for. At about the time I expected it to be delivered, I received an email that it was out of stock until 12/15. OK, I'll wait. No update until I requested on 12/17 for further… info, then was told it was backordered until Feb. OK, I'll wait. Notified in Feb that it was backordered until April 30. A little frustrated at this point, I asked for an explanation. After no response for 3 days, I emailed again. Was told it was because

Ordered a Slaystation Pro 2.0 Tabletop w/Vanity Mirror & Drawer Units Bundle on 6/8/21. Received a call that it was available for delivery on 6/17/21, but we asked if they can deliver it the next day, which they did. Everything was intact & nothing was damaged. However, I was missing 5 drawer knobs for one side of the desk & the clear LES globe lightbulbs that I ordered came frosted. John Adams called me right away and took care of it. The clear light bulbs and drawer knobs arrived 6/22/21. My vanity looks awesome & I absolutely love it. The quality is great, too. Thank you sooo

They have great customer service (I always speak to a live representative with marginal hold times whenever I call in) and despite the ongoing Pandemic, they delivered my order within the 5 - 10 business day time frame as promised. Super responsive company with great communication skills. Many of their items are out of stock due to covid right now but I was able to call them and confirm the pieces I wanted were available. I was pretty annoying with order switches and delivery demands - all of which the company was able to accommodate for which I am very grateful. Delivery is free to your front door, however if they bring it inside it's $59. If they assemble for you it's $250 so just keep that in mind. I would definitely order from them again.

I would recommend to anyone not to roll the dice with this company. They have a huge selection of items but they do not communicate well what is in and out of stock. You will most likely be waiting a long time for furniture. They will be quick to blame all issues on Covid-19. How can you blame failure in your business practice and models on a human corona virus? Take responsibility and ownership of the problems you are having navigating global affairs just like the rest of us.

I have just had a wonderful experience with this company. I found them very easy to deal with and ready to answer questions about the table I was buying sight unseen. John and his team were able to schedule a convenient time for me to receive it and a very special shout out to Austin who went out of his way to help me load the table.. The customer service here is terrific and the table was even more beautiful than we had expected. I'm a first time customer here and I'll be checking in on them in the future for other pieces for sure.

I ordered the Harriet Vanity. The ordering process was super easy, and it came quick. I was able to pick it up and it fit into a regular size sedan. I had to assemble it, but the instructions were clear and it was not difficult. It looks exactly like it does in the picture, so beautiful!! I got the Rose Gold color and the color is the same too. It also feels very sturdy. For what I got, I couldn't find anything similar for a better price elsewhere. I am super happy with my purchase. I would definitely order more furniture from here again.

We placed an order back in June. They keep promising our items will arrive soon. But we are in October and still nothing.
The worst part is the customer service. They are very rude, like if they are doing you a favor by answering questions. Very bad attitude.

The worst service I have ever experienced!! Tried buying several units and was told it would take 30 days to deliver. 30 days turned to 60 and then 90 and from my last phone call they said another 90. How can you run a business like that???? I have canceled my order and will never again order from this joke of a company!!!!

After having a rustic, half A- frame ceiling living in my room for 20 years and wood on the walls around the fireplace, I decided to go with the current "Lodge Style" furniture look.
