You will not find a more honest and dependable company to work on anything to do with roofing. He has a crew but is always onsite to ensure everything goes smooth. He will follow up to make sure the work he did is complete and will fix anything that he finds. He will also include you on things he may see even if its not in his scope to repair, so that you can get it fixed. I called him and he was out the next day for an estimate and started repairs within a day of me signing the agreement. Awesome company - and Kelly is the real deal!

Kelly was a pleasure to work with on our roof replacement. He was very responsive to our needs and was very professional throughout the process. Despite the very hot weather Kelly's team preformed above and beyond getting the roof replaced within two days. They were always cleaning up after themselves and left the area cleaner than they found it.

Design Roof Services is one of those rare companies that does what it says its going to do, on time and on budget. Kelly (the owner) took the time to listen to what we wanted and explain the process to us step by step. He did not try to sell us more than we wanted done and returned our phone calls promptly. He provided a written contract for the work that was straightforward, clear to understand and fair to both parties. Kelly kept us informed on the progress of the crew and spent time on-site making sure things went smoothly. His crew was quick, hardworking and acted in a professional manner.

I was very impressed with the professional quote and service. They actually left the job cleaner than when they arrived which is very rare these days. The roofers and crew were very polite and had pride in there work not to mention the non-stop effort to finish well before schedule. I would highly recommend Kelly/DRS to anyone looking for professional and affordable roof repair and replacement. This outfit gets 5 STARS from me.

Design Roof Services won my business through prompt bidding and communication. Available to answer questions throughout. Started the job when Kelly said they would and didn't delay finishing except minor details out of their control (to be fair well within the contract timeframe). I went out to bid and there were a few companies local that didn't even respond. DRS did. Prices reasonable. The roof looks amazing.
