This company was the worst experience of my life! We signed our contract in Jan. 2021 and shortly after many red flags occurred. No one would answer us for weeks! We wanted to cancel our contract and we’re fooled into believing things would change. Demo started on March 10th 2021 and they did the final walkthrough (without us present) on Dec. 17, 2021.
We had to cancel family coming to visit in July and find a new place for our son’s birthday in Sept because they couldn’t finish our project. They also would never respond to emails asking for an end date. In November we had to send a letter

Greystone has done a fantastic job remodeling our kitchen. I would highly recommend using Greystone for any remodeling projects. One thing Greystone needs to improve on is their communication with other departments in their company and their subcontractors. I would highly recommend stop relying on Buildertrend because clients do not check Buildertrend on a daily basis. Greystone needs to call or email their clients versus using Buildertrend. Overall Greystone has done a fantastic job and we absolutely love our new kitchen.

We had an incredibly good experience with Greystone Kitchens, following a recommendation from one of our friends. They performed a complete remodel of our kitchen and we could not be happier. The kitchen remodel went well beyond our expectations. The cabinet workmanship is tremendous. Their staff was so professional and the quality of each action was far better than we expected. They always cleaned up after the day's work and if there was a problem or something was not exactly as we wanted it, they fixed it to 100% satisfaction. I would not recommend Greystone Kitchens ever doing work in your home. The one thing they did well was make false promises. The management of this company is so disconnected from the work, they don't know what they are promising can happen. But they will promise it will happen. Don't hold your breath.
The project started with a major error . When we pointed it out, no one came to see the mistake, they just looked at pictures, taken by the guy who made the mistake, and claimed it "looked good to them". This mistake caused cascading subsequent issues lasting the entire project

Really great experience. We did a fairly big remodel and everyone from the Beginning to the End have been professional. We had a great experience. Customer service during and after the sale has been top notch. I have recommended them to several people now and there remodels turned out fantastic as well. I will continue to recommend them in the future. Cary has been great to work with. All the people he has sent to the job have made everything perfect for us.

Walking in we were greeted by a receptionist not wearing a mask. The showroom is very tight and it quickly became obvious the not one of the employees were wearing masks or adhere to CDC guidelines. The receptionist said we could ask for that the salesperson who would tour us to wear a mask. There were a lot of people in the show room and since it’s a small place there’s no way to stay 6 feet apart from the other employees who don’t wear a mask so there’s really no point in asking for only the salesperson touring us to put on a mask if another employee is a foot away. Let me first say that remodeling a kitchen is not an overnight job, but the wait was worth it! If you want excellent workmanship without short cuts, then Greystone is the place to go. Their price was fair and Jeff and his crew did an outstanding job. They were easy to work with: letting us do some of the things ourselves. We could not be more pleased with the outcome.

Jeff, Micah, Kevin, and all the guys who worked on my kitchen remodel project were amazing! The process from start to finish was exciting and worry free. The attention detail from all parties was incredible. This was my first big project and it couldn't have gone any better. I have my dream kitchen and couldn't be happier!
