Cal Coast Termite & Pest Inc., founded in 1995, is a fully integrated termite company specializing in local treatments for termites, fumigating only when necessary.
Cockroaches thrive in warm environments that provide food, water, and shelter. Roaches hide in cracks, crawl spaces, and other dark places during the day and come out at night to feed. Pesticide sprays alone will not control roaches and are not usually required. Baits provide better control. You must integrate several strategies to make your home a less roach-friendly environment.
Silverfish and firebrats are nocturnal and hide during the day. If the object they are hiding beneath is moved, they will dart toward another secluded place. They come out at night to seek food and water. Both insects prefer dry food such as cereals, flour, pasta, and pet food; paper with glue or paste; sizing in paper including wallpaper; book bindings; and starch in clothing.
Is it a termite or an ant? Many people are confused when they see 'flying ants' and cannot determine if the insect is truly an ant or a termite. Obviously, it is important to know the difference. This image should help you decide what kind of insect it is. The ant's body is constricted, giving it the appearance of having a thin waist; the termite's body is not constricted.

This company in my experience is a very unethical company. I don't think all the workers are just the owners. Frank the point man I think is a good man. The guys doing construction hard to say but I definitely think the owners are unethical. Reason being I had them do construction work because I had thought their termite work was good. I assumed that because they were in the business and established they would do good work. Not true. Not only did they charge the highest but they did terrible work. I could almost forgive them if it was just ignorance and stupidity on how to do things right but it

Unbelievable that a business like cal coast can survive. Truly unhappy with the service I experienced with cal coast pest inc. I believe that they have charged for service that has not been done to my property do to date and times on my cameras around my property. The customer service is for the birds.

Really loved working with this business. They were super prompt and courteous on the phone; the inspector who came out was friendly and professional, and the work was scheduled for the very next day. The workers were really awesome. It's rare that a company exceeds expectations on every aspect of a transaction, and these folks nailed it.

Baced upon reviews I called them. Apparently they have gotten too big to care. Arranged for a Saturday inspection in Long Beach for an agreed fee. They left a voicemail on Friday to cancel due to the rain. A little late for me to get anyone else out. Called the next week to see if they would come out the following weekend and they never returned my call.
