Went to the showroom to install new cabinets. Wendy was super helpful from the moment we got in and was flexible with different design options.
Provided multiple designs and revisions in short time and installations were done within the aggressive timeframe that we were asking.
Installation process and the employees were the best you could ask for as well. Zero trouble and excellent service. Will definitely recommend

We hired KiLAND Construction to do a major complete remodeling and building addition to my property in Foster City. We also purchased the main finishing materials for our construction project from KiLAND showroom in Brokaw Rd. KiLAND designers did the complete Kitchen and Bath design for us based on American made UltraCraft product and helped us with choosing proper hardwood flooring, doors and other materials. I wish I could give them zero star if possible.
I ordered 1100 sf (37 boxes) hardwood floor with price 8300$. Because my new contractor recommended me to use existing hardwood floor, so I called them and try to return 750 sf(32 boxes) before picking up. They first refuse my return request; after I argue with them that I have not picked up the product, why I can not return, they said if I want to return, I have to pay 35% restocking fee. Then I ask help from my agent who helped me to find my house and recommend this place to buy hard word floor.
My agent send emails to their supper manager, and

Ariyan Dada is a very professional and efficient sales advisor. He helped us find the double entry door we’v been desperately looking for in many other places and online with no success.
