You could call a general contractor from Los Angeles or San Diego, but would they be able to meet your needs in a timely manner? We started in Santa Ana in 1977 and we primarily work in Orange County Cities. Here at Riggins Construction & Management, Inc. we understand that our value as a company is based upon quality of our team.
We realize that we wouldn't be in business without our clients and we are so pleased to be able to serve specific building and company needs. We also serve the needs of property managers and facility managers whose property portfolios often require finesse, discretion, and knowledge of their unique security protocols and building standards.
Because both concrete and the earth tend to move, concrete tilt-up panels will develop cracks. Through-wall cracks not only compromise the structural integrity of a building but they're a neon sign advertising water intrusion. And we know that's not a good thing, right? I've had the pleasure of interacting with Riggins Construction through their social media. I am certain that the great customer service and their interactive nature permeates their company.
