VRP refinished wood floors in our house twice and both times they did a beautiful job! Refinishing floors can leave a significant amount of dust everywhere and they did a good job of limiting the mess. I would definitely recommend them for any wood floor refinishing job.

I booked appointment with them 3 times, but they didn't showed up for estimations.
First 2 times they gave me the reasons for not showing up, but third time they stopped answering my call. My entire day wasted waiting for them.
I had to drove to house which is 1 hour away from Current place to get an estimate. Not just wasted my days but I held moving to my house so that we are done with refinishing floor before we move.

Horacio was very responsive, professional and explained the process of refinishing floors and provided a video to visually highlight every step! The work was great and price was reasonable and respectful! A couple days after VRP finished refinishing my hardwood floors, Horacio immediately accommodated me in his busy schedule to install all around carpets in one of my rentals. The work was done 24 hrs after I initially called him. The man is about business and runs his company very well and professionally! I highly recommend VRP Florring for you flooring needs! I will be using him on other future

I called to schedule a time for Horatio to come measure a rental apartment we have. He was very unresponsive via text and but someone from his company called and confirmed that they would be there between 8:00am-9:00am. Arrived to the apartment at 7:30am and waited until 9:30am and no one ever showed up. I tried calling and texting him multiple times and could not get in touch with anyone. Horatio is a poor communicator and very unprofessional. Would not recommend doing business with this company.

Overall they did a good job on the floors. At first there was damage to the toilet so I had to hire a plumber to fix it but they covered the transitions to compensate for the damage.

VRP Flooring is AMAZING!!!! I needed a stair runner installed on my steps with carpet I had already purchased. I contacted them via email late Sunday night, they returned my call early Monday morning. I explained what I needed and was told "No problem". They stated they would be there the following day. The installer came, not only on time, but earlier than I expected. That is a HUGE PLUS in my book! The gentlemen came, measured and installed padding and the runner for me. He did an unbelievably amazing, awesome, super, job!!!! I couldn't be more pleased from start to finish! I will definitely

I found this company through Homeadvisor. They called immediately but never followed up despite multiple calls to both the office and the owner Horacio as well as emails and texts. If they were not able to do my job nor did not want it they should have just said so instead of just telling me they were going to send quotes and then never following through and wasting my time. It doesn't bode well for their response in the future if they do not follow through with a simple quote

I cannot speak to the quality of their work. I have had two appointments scheduled for a measure/quote and both have been no-shows. I even texted today to confirm our 2nd appt, he texted me back saying he'd be there at 2pm (I texted at noon), and he never showed up. Giving up and trying another company.

The worst never returns texts or vm. So rude and unprofessional. Missed two appts and didnt even call or apologize. I'm glad i bagged them Because the quality of the work would've been just as bad as the communication.

My previous tenants destroyed all the floors in my apartment. I needed both carpet, and flooring for kitchen and bath. Got several prices, these guys we by far the cheapest. They came out the next day to look at the job & give me a price. It was about a month from when they came & looked at the project until I wanted it done. When I contacted them to have it done, they responded right away, came back the next day to look at some changes from the original proposal, & 2 days after that came to do the project. The floors look great! I would highly recommend them!

I'm super disappointed in my experience with this company. I started to talk to the owner in early June. The website claims they come to you with 100s of samples. To make it easier for the owner, I informed him of my budget and what I was looking for so he didn't have to lug "100s" around. He assured me he would have the samples for the appointment. He arrived in a rush, with no samples. Took the measurements and then told me he would come by later to drop off the samples. He asked us to tell him when we came back from running errands and within 45 min of him and us leaving

I have no complaints with the installation person, for staircase. I believe Mario. However I have major complaints with company. I paid in cash and have tried for two months to reach them to have someone come to repair some staples that have come loose on staircase. A problem for an elderly person who is a resident. At first Rebecca was very accommodating, but once paid and they wanted a recommendation . At first I completed as the installer was not the problem. Bum service and NO communication after job. Texting, Phone calls go unanswered.

I cannot evaluate their workmanship.

I made two appointments with Horacio Pupin. Shortly after the scheduled time for the first one, he called to say he was unable to make the appointment. OK, things happen, so we then rescheduled and he did not show or call for the second one.

I will not deal with a business that cannot be bothered to keep appointments.

Absolutely the BEST people I've ever hired. These guys are true pros. Extremely professional, courteous, prompt. Great family run business. Came next business day and took care of putting new luxury vinyl floors for an excellent price. Did an excellent job. I am very pleased and will recommend to everyone that I know. Thank you so much.
