Worse service ever, my swimming pool take more than year since 9/18/2020 till now and he don’t finished yet, and obie never answer or call me back , he was very nice in beginning, but after that it’s very hard to contact him, that’s cause several problems and several mistakes, one of them I choose from beginning French Grey for the plaster but I surprised he made with white color.

Obie was nice during the sales and pool build process. The contract called for an umbrella sleeve installed in the pool but poor communication between Obie and his subcontractors resulted in no umbrella sleeve being installed. After the cement guys put in a new cement path leading from the house to the pool the plaster guys didn't cover the new cement when they put plaster in the pool so they left scratches and marks all over the new cement when they did their work. Obie said the scratches and marks were part of the drying process and they would go away. That was a lie and they never did go away
