We needed just a section of our existing floor replaced after water damage. I was worried about getting it to match and fit nicely, but Rudy and George did a fantastic job. Easy to work with and it literally looks good as new, you'd never know there was a giant mess there before. They were reasonably priced, prompt, easy to work with, cleaned up perfectly each day, and I'm very happy with the result.

We hired Kustom Floors to refinish our hardwood floors, redo our staircase, add hardwoods to our upper level and to paint. The company came recommended to us by a friend, who also had a great experience. I showed Rudy pictures of what I wanted the stairs to look like and he promised that his team could make my stairs look even better than the photos I showed him, and they totally delivered! They are true craftsmen and we are very pleased with the quality of the work. They wont be the cheapest option, but having the work done right is worth the price. I had a couple of different recommendations from colleagues and for Kustom Floors, the recommendation was "if you want the floors done perfectly use them". It was true. They did my whole house and used a flat grey, espresso stain that everyone compliments when they arrive. I have received repeated email solicitations from this company to write a favorable review of their work, even though I have never used their services. At one point, perhaps 18 months ago, I contacted them about doing an estimate for a job. But we did not use them and I don't think we had them in for an estimate.

Rudy and bill's team recently sanded and finished wood floors (oak and heart pine floors) in our whole house. We were very impressed by the quality of the work and also the custom service. I hired Rudy to replace the most heinous carpeting from my small office with flooring. He was the first company to respond to my inquiry, and also reassured me that though the room was small, he could do the job (other firms I contacted said it was too small for them to deal with). Had a very good experience with Rudy and his crew. He replaced the laminate floors I had upstairs with hardwood and refinished the hardwood on the bottom level. The floors matched perfectly when he finished.

We had a major plumbing issue that caused damage to the hardwoods on our main floor. A big section of wood needed to be removed and new hardwoods installed. We needed the new wood to fit seamlessly with the existing hardwoods that weren't damaged. Then the entire main floor needed to be sanded and refinished.
Rudy and his team are extremely professional and take great pride in their work. Rudy evaluated the work to be done exactly and the installation process went impeccably well. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything fit perfectly and that we didn't notice the difference

Re-did all of the floors/stairs in our Row House. Sanded and refinished one floor, removed carpet, leveled and installed another hardwood floor, and polished two existing vintage floors. Sanded and refinished three levels of stairs, handrails, and newel posts.

Jimmy was great to work with and is a true craftsman. He and his crew were punctual and diligent, staying late most days and finishing on schedule. They generally did things fine. If you get Rudy himself, he is excellent and did a great job on half our house. Unfortunately, the second guy who came did work on the second half of the house were not as good as Rudy. The office didn't keep details on the work, and so the second guy asked me what kind of poly finish was used in the other half. I didn't know exactly, but I guess they decided to go with whatever they had and now I have half a house with a low sheen finish and half with a visibly higher sheen.
