Back in March we had one of the Technicians respiring our door. He was on time friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed the spring. But he didn’t have a clip to let the door open with the opener. He was very sorry and I told not a problem and I’ll call when I will be home. Unfortunately that was the only good experience I had. Since the pandemic we were not comfortable having someone come over and work. But once we were comfortable having someone come out. I called and the guy I talked to acted like I was inconveniencing him. And said this is their busy season and should have called earlier. I
