After approving the first bid, the owner Dallas came to the commercial property with his child, he wasn't there when we went back to check on progress. He delivered the job on time, but added in another $750 that wasn't approved, and threatened to file a lien when we paid have of the un-approved bill. After hearing multiple other complaints from local people, and other contractors, please beware of his practices. The quality of work is average to above average, the ethics, communication and threatening behaviors are unacceptable. BEWARE!!!
