Worst. Company. Ever. First Time they were supposed to show up they gave us a 3 hour window. And no call no showed. We told them if we were to use them they needed to come out at a scheduled time. They did. But the bug issue was worse than ever after they left. They were supposed to come for a follow up appointment the next week. No call no show again.and they aren't answering their phone.
300$ wasted on a terrible company. I was planning on signing up for their bi monthly spray. Instead I'm going to make sure that none of my friends and family ever have to deal with this poor customer service

Awful. They were supposed to set off floggers between 9-12. Never showed. Then we called and they lied and said they were on their way. Then we called again an hour later and they said they had to reschedule and told us to calm down after not showing up multiple times and lying to us. Our dishes and food have been in our car for 6 hours and we had to take off work for this.
Do yourselves a favor. Find another company. One that works. Has good customer services and doesn’t straight up lie to you. There are way better bug places than this one. Their treatments for bugs btw? Never worked to begin

Great start with clear communication and ease of setting up appointment. I was impressed with the automatic text message confirming the appointment and then another email as well about the appointment I was thinking this was great service...I was given a 3hr window of arrival. then the day of NO CALL, NO EMAIL, NO TEXT, NO SHOW. That was 4days ago and I never even heard from them.

Well I called to have services at my house. The first time the guy made the appointment for Monday the 19th, knowing my address was located in Harford County. I had to reschedule till today the 24th. Well it's 40 minutes past the 2 hour window they said. I call. The guy says well what's your address, I told him. And he says oh well we don't even service that area. I said so cancel the appointment then, it wasted our time. Why would you make the appointment with me TWICE knowing that we live in Harford County. Very poor service!
