Many of the toilets we offer have the option of comfort height (about two inches taller than the standard height which allows it to be easier to use) and elongated or round bowl's. Where are also able to get many of our toilets in different colors. We offer many options that are not in Hardware Stores, like Anti clogging toilets.

The drain in our basement backed up this morning and I called Pullman after getting a recommendation for them. Their receptionist was friendly, quick, and very helpful - got me added to their system and scheduled with zero fuss. The technician showed up right at the beginning of the two-hour window, which was only 45 minutes after we initially called the company. Considering we couldn’t use anything plumbing-wise in the house, the promptness of the service was greatly appreciated - way faster than any of the larger companies we’ve used before. This is the second plumbing problem I called Pullman for. They gave me a time between 8-12. I received a phone call that the plumber was running behind schedule due to an emergency. We used Pullman when we lived in Glen Mills, when we moved to West Chester we needed a few things fixed and were thrilled to find out that Pullman services our area! Steve was the plumber we used in Glen Mills and again for our most recent repair. He is very thorough and ensures that every question/concern is answered. He is very honest and upfront as well! Outside bib to outside spicket not working. they said they had to run a new pipe. after I prepaid, they said; they were able to splice into a smaller pipe. I had no refund for charge of a whole new pipe ran to be installed as estimated. I'm confused, why I didn't receive a discount for splice instead. hose works I needed it!. they needed the money I guess.

First of all -- and important to me -- the Pullman technicians were on time. Secondly, they strictly adhered to the current COVID restrictions. Thirdly, the lead technician explained to me everything that would take place during the repairs as well as options for those repairs. We have used Pullman Plumbing since 1990 and we have never had an issue with their service or their pricing. Today (12/17/19), they installed my new gas range which required some modifications to my existing gas line. The price they quoted was the price we paid. They were very NEAT and professional. The plastic center pipe in the toilet tank of our half bath. We bought a replacement kit but because of the tight space, my husband did not feel comfortable doing the job himself without someone else to help (lift the tank while he gets under it, etc.) so we called Pullman to come by and do the job for us.
