So far so good. Flooring America is amazing. The bearded brothers came today and are finishing up tomorrow. These 2 gentlemen have been amazing and easy to get along with. And having a fellow prior service member doing work has also been awesome.
Highly recommend these 2 they have done amazing work so far and extremely efficient.

Prices and products were good. Customer service was good and bad. Good- salesman gave us the heads up that there was going to be a price increase. They also stored the product for us since we purchased it early to get the cheaper price. Bad- salesman did not know the product(wood floor) and did not quote the correct installation materials for the job. Ended up having additional costs. Communication from salesman was not great either. Installers were polite and professional. We are happy with how it looks now that it is done.

Excellent service and great prices. They were so easy to work with, we got exactly what we wanted, the install was great, and they have been super patient to answer all of our questions. My only regret is not knowing about them sooner! Our experience with another local place was not so good. Thankful to be able to support a local business worthy of our support. Highly recommend!

I walked in and checked out the price of the product I wanted. It was twice as high as other places! No one greeted me or offered to help me. I took my business elsewhere where it was not the most inexpensive but where I felt the customer service was spot on, knowledgeable & helpful. This is not the place for good customer service.

100% recommend for your flooring needs & installation. Great customer service. Very helpful when in store an over the phone. I have bought carpet from them twice so far. Great value. Great carpet. We ran into a problem with our carpet installer so we gave them a call to see if they could get someone out here an within an hour, two guys showed up & started to get to work. Very pleased an happy. Thank you!
