Dropped off a safe to be re-keyed. Was given 1 price and when I picked it up it was over double. Explained the situation to manager, was told either pay or lose the safe. He basically said that our business was not important. Very bad business ethics. We have done a lot of business with them, but no more.

Lost my Harley key and was told to bring the bike in to a locksmith and they could make me another one. Once I got there, they said that they couldn't. They sent me to another locksmith and they couldn't get to it until the next day...... but they did tell me to try Al-Len Lock Co.
Al-Len had 4 new keys in my hand within 30 minutes. And the price was less than a fourth of what I expected.

Omg went in because the key for my car was slightly bent, he took it and was finished in less than 30seconds, not even a minute long. I walked in and out, such good service from James I believe was on his shirt. My first time needing a locksmith, this will be my go to place from now on. Thank you!
