I locked myself out of my apartment just after the office closed, of course. I was back in my apartment within 30 minutes of the time I locked myself out with this service. I’ve never had to call a locksmith to let me into my home. I would use them again in a heartbeat, but don’t plan to ever again. :)

It as 11 p.m. Friday night and my key would not turn my ignition. I had all my windows open and was in a public parking garage. I couldn't leave my vehicle sitting open and ready to all my stuff stolen, so needless to say I was desperate and needed help badly. I called Plus One Locksmith after several calls to other companies and found them to be the most reasonable option and quality service available. Ermias arrived quicker than the time space given, was in my car within 2 minutes very professional. He had a new fob ready in minutes. I would definitely use their services again if needed, and highly recommend them to anyone else who has the same type of problems. Very reliable and relieving which feels extremely satisfying. This was the best locksmith I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He was here on time , and when he couldn’t get the key code for my key , he drove me to a ford dealership to get it . They definitely saved me from my disaster of losing my key. And affordable! If it wasn’t for him I would of had to call a tow truck for $200.00And then the dealership would of had to charge me another $500. To cut two keys !!! I recommend them 100 percent .

I would not recommend 1 Plus Locksmith. I locked myself out my house. I called for a quote and they said $65-95 on the phone depending on the type of lock. The locksmith arrived and quoted me $65 after looking at my very very simple lock, but mentioned there was a 3% fee if I paid with a credit card. I agreed to proceed with the service. The locksmith took less than five minutes to unlock my door. I had $65 cash ready to pay. He looked at me like I paid incorrectly and proceed to tell me there's a $29 service fee! My total was $94! Great service! Locked our keys in our trunk right before we left our hotel to head back home.
He showed up within 20 minutes, and unlocked the car quickly. The whole time he had a smile and was polite.
Hopefully we will never lock our keys in our trunk again while in the Dallas area, but if we did I would call this company again.
