Repairman came out quickly, fixed our older wooden garage door, and presented us with a very reasonable amount for services. Highly recommend. We couldn't get the company we'd used in the past to return our calls; don't know why. But this company did a fabulous job and saved us a headache because we couldn't get the blasted door down. I think Justin was our service tech. I promised a review, so here it is.

This past week I had a garage door problem that caused me to believe that the motor may have been compromised. For the first time I called "Garage Door Guys" and the gentleman answering was so courteous and helpful. He promised me that he would have "Rich" call me and set up a time to check out my problem. Rich did call and said he could come at 4:00 or 4:30. He came right at 4:30 and I was so relieved that the problem was not serious and resolved in a matter of minutes. Thanks to Rich and his cheerful and helpful personality, PROBLEM SOLVED! Garage Door Guys are now my "go to" company. Many thanks

I called Garage Door Guys on a Wednesday and not only were they able to come out the next day, they were able to repair our garage door! Justin (the tech who came out) was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and efficient! He was able to repair our garage door in less than two hours and did it right!

A great sales person, A great installer, but NO CUSTOMER service at all. I paid over $ 4800 for the doors promptly, and the owner does not want to bother listening to me why we are holding off $ 120 of the decorative pieces. The owner kept yelling at me for not paying, and said that he does not have time for this. I have never been yelled at as a customer and do not like to be treated this way.

Shout out to Justin! Came by the house to replace the broken spring on our garage door, plus fix some additional concerns.
