Initial install of both carpets was fine. Upstairs carpet had a run in it. This was a style of carpet that wasn't suppose to do that. Stopped in let them know and he said their carpet layer was on vacation well get a hold of ya by next Monday. Next Friday comes around and he says again he will call. This went on for 2 months until I finally got frustrated and the owner got an attitude with me when I mentioned calling the BBB on him and what was so difficult about a phone calland appointment to just look at the carpet to see what could or could not be done.

We are beyond happy with the service we received from Genoa Custom Interiors. The process was smooth from choosing carpet and flooring to the installation.
