In 1947, the original founder of El Paso Door Co., Ted A. Garcia, was an installer of garage doors. In 1979, Mr. Garcia and his son Arthur R. Garcia decided to go into business together installing and repairing garage doors and garage door openers. They named the business Rap-ser (rapid service) in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
Our steel garage doors have a strong all-steel construction with rigid galvanized steel center stiles. We also carry steel insulated doors are exceptionally energy-efficient and stylish as well. My garage door spring snapped in half. Called them up, they came same day and fixed it there and then. Everything was done in less than an hour the guy took the time to explain to me step by step and gave me a few tips on maintenance. 5 stars overall I’ll be calling EP door co. For any further garage door needs.

My contractor recommended this company to me. I had told him about a quote I received from another local company and of my concern about the price. He suggested that I call El Paso Door Co. instead. This has been I process for me though! I know what I want and know how much I'm willing to pay for it. The price was definitely better but I don't like feeling rushed or bulldozed and while Victor was nice and helpful, he could be a bit pushy at times. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and put that down to his knowledge about the product he sells and the fact that he does this all the time. He

They came last year to fix my door (around April 2016). They ended up denting it. I would call and leave a message with owner, Art, and he would never call me back. I even spoke to him a couple of times and he said he would have somebody come look at my garage door. Nobody ever came to look at it. I have called them at least 20 times. Till this day, my garage door has a big dent on it because they refuse to return my calls or come by to fix it. #worstgaragedoorcompanyever
