This company was amazing! They came out the same day I called and answered all of my questions regarding my air unit. We had a freon leak in our walk-in freezer at our restaurant. It was almost after hours and I had called everyone we usually used. I use Airtech for my own personal use at my house. They have always gone above and beyond of my expectations. They are professional, personable, and experienced. So, I gave them a call. They were there past 9:30pm to make sure everything was working correctly. They cared about our business and that means a lot. The techs were amazing and extremely professional. I called them in the morning. Angie was very nice and booked me an appointment for that afternoon. Nick came to my house and thoroughly check both of my units. He charged one unit with Freon but the other is going to need to be replaced. He shared information and pricing with me for a new unit. Very nice and professional. I will be using and recommending them going forward.

This is the third time I’ve used this company. I am impressed! Each time I called for service, they came out the same day and made a repair the same day. People on the phone and the techs on the job are very professional and easy to deal with. Very knowledgeable and up front with costs.
