I found this company on Google for my sister who needed future baby room carpet cleaned. They did an awesome job! Superb! Then I called him to do my mom's steps and hallway. After doing the work he told her she needed new carpet because hers were stained too deep from years of use. Then he told her no charge because if I'm not happy with the way it came out I'm not charging the customer! Wow! Customer service like this is rarely seen nowadays. He just made a customer for life n anyone that asks me for a carpet cleaner I will give them this guy's number. Thank you so much.

Do NOT use for vent cleaning! They came in with a carpet cleaning vacuum, spent half hour cleaning the return vents with it and charged almost as much as the guys who do real cleaning with a tube vacuum that goes all the way inside. This is almost a scam. When I confronted him all he had to say that we should’ve spent the money and hired the guys with the right equipment. You have been warned!

Based on my previous experience with Alan for carpets cleaning I reached out to him for dryer vent and air duct cleaning. He was quick to respond, informed me of the costs upfront, squeezed me to his schedule knowing that I had bird’s nest in the vent and couldn’t use the dryer until it was removed. He kept me informed at what time he will arrive on the day of the appointment and arrived on time. He not only cleaned the vents but also replaced few missing screws and gave us advice on other minor issues. If you are looking for an honest and above and beyond service then Carpet Restoration Plus

Carpet Restoration are by far the best we have ever used. Great service, owner works side by side with team and gets the job down perfectly. We had our carpets done on whole house and then had them come back to clean ducts and returns. 100 percent reccomend them!
