The roller came off our garage door and the technicians were up the street. Explained the reason for the roller coming off was friction. Replaced roller and lubricated all the rollers and joints. He was professional and kind.

Not professional at all. First they had to reschedule because the manager left for the day. Rescheduled 2 weeks later and was a no call no show. I ended calling them and they had me on the schedule the receptionist said she would call the manager to see where he was. She wasn’t able to get ahold of him. I told her to take me off the schedule and I’d find someone else to help, And I’d leave a review. After that someone tried calling me. That’s his fault for not following threw. Look else where. Find a place with better communication and customer service.

Loved how professional and courteous this business was from start to finish. During the entire process they were always available for questions or to take phone calls unlike most contractors, you actually get top notch customer service. They worked with an insurance claim we had after a hail storm and had considered not turning it in, but they went through the damage with such detail and worked seamlessly with our insurance company getting the job completed in a very timely manner. I am so happy with the work they provided! I will continue to use them for any construction need whether it be a restoration

I had 3 garage doors to install on my new garage. Patrick with Wayne Overhead Doors was very helpful and very responsive. The manufacturer sent the wrong door but Patrick used local resources to correct the issue in a very timely manner. The installers were very professional and very efficient on install. I would highly recommend Wayne Overhead Door!

One Saturday I hit the button and the door went about half way then stuck. Being a DIYer, I spent about 2 hours adjusting and fussing with it to get it operating again. I had replaced the openers last year and realized both 16ft doors were originally installed poorly. So I was planning on replacement doors eventually. I called and left a message and asked for a return call or appointment for Monday. They returned my call shortly after I had called to confirm the Monday appointment. The Sales technician who arrived on time knew what he was doing. We were able to make a selection from many options
